How to Create Your Design

To create your design you will need a good image minimum size 500 x 500px but no larger than 2000 x 2000px. Most photo editing apps can change and crop the size of the image. Your image should be cropped with an aspect ratio of 4:3 so that the bottom of your image will be the bottom of the visible image on the mug.

Click the Customise button.

Select ‘Images’ from the left menu and then ‘Choose File’ and select your image from your computer. Position the image and use the small squares around the image to resize and position the picture until you are happy.

Then select Text and add your text with a maximum of 18 characters. Use the controls at the top to change text colour, style and size. Drag and resize to position your over the text placeholder under the image.

Please note that the white areas on the mug represent the approximate positions of image and text. Your image should fill the oval image placeholder but text need not completely fill the text area placeholder – the finished product will not have a white block under the text!!

You can have different images or the same image on the front and back of the mug. If supplying only one image it will be used for both front and back. Likewise you can have the same or different text front and back – if only one text block is supplied it will be used front and back. Switch between the front and back images using the drop down selector.
