Instructions If Out
It is very important that we know what to do with your parcel if you are not in at the time of delviery.
For this reason we require you to provide instructions if you are out. You can advise a safeplace within your premises if located in a safe area such as a porch, garage or shed or perhaps the number of a friendly neighbour. Alternatively the parcel will be left at the local drop off shop for the delivery service used – typically DHL.
It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable alternative delivery place is provided and note that parcel responsibility passes to you once delivered to the specified place.
We will not accept responsibility for parcels delivered to the safe place you specify and later found to be missing.
Delivery Timings
Delivery timings are calculated in WORKING DAYS from your order date but may not account for orders received after the order cut off timings required for Express Deliveries.
Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are NOT working days. We do not offer scheduled weekend deliveries as they are very costly but couriers do sometimes choose to deliver at the weekend to lighten Monday deliveries volumes.
Delivery timings are based on working days and are not guaranteed but should be used as a guide. Bad weather and busy periods affect all couriers. We are unable to offer refunds on delivery services so affected but we do apologise sincerely for any inconvenience that may be caused in such circumstances
Single Shipping Address
Delivery Costs are calculated per order so you can order as many items as you like to be delivered to a single address. One order can only be shipped to one delivery address.
Failed Collections
Should an item be returned to us because of a failed collection we cannot be held responsible.
No refund is possible due to the unknown holding conditions & temperatures that may possibly affect the quality of the product.
UK Mainland
We deliver at the rates and expected service timings given in the UK Mainland Delivery Pricing Table to all areas within the UK Mainland including some parts of Scotland.

Delivery times to these islands are typically 4-5 days for express delivery and 7-9 days for standard delivery services. We do not accept returns from orders to these postcodes.
Handling Times
Orders are prioritised according to the shipping service selected.
Orders placed with express shipping services will be despatched on the same day as order if the order is received and paid for before 2pm.
Orders placed with standard shipping services will be despatched either on the day of order or the following working day at our discretion and workload on the day your order is received.
Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
If you place an order and the item is out of stock then we will contact you to determine how you would like the order handled.
Express Delivery
We despatch express delivery orders via several couriers depending on weight and delivery location. Orders must be received before 2pm for same day despatch and best chance of next day delivery (Highland & Islands require additional time).
Most UK deliveries are despatched via DHL and you are strongly encouraged to download their delivery app from the App Store or Play Store depending on your mobile OS.
Standard Delivery
We despatch standard delivery orders via several couriers depending on weight and delivery location.
Most UK deliveries are despatched via DHL and you are strongly encouraged to download their delivery app from the App Store or Play Store depending on your mobile OS.
Standard delivery orders are despatched after express orders in our processing so the date of despatch varies according to our order volumes. Also Highland & Islands shipping addresses require additional time.
Expect to receive your order between 3-5 days after you have placed your order.

Due to customs regulations we do not ship internationally.
